Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan
The Free plan costs ₹0 and requires no payment. No refunds apply.
2. Pro Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
7-day money-back guarantee: First-time Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment if they are unsatisfied with the service.
Refunds are not available for renewals after the first 7 days, partial months, or Enterprise plans unless required by law.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@careerbot.co.in with your registered email, payment ID (from Razorpay receipt), and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Razorpay.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you were charged incorrectly or twice, contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and issue a full refund for verified duplicate or erroneous charges.
